An ordinary ball bearing is mainly composed of six parts: sealing ring, inner ring, outer ring, steel ball, cage and dust cover. The production process is as follows:
Outer ring processing process
Steel billet storage———pickling———blank———blunt cooling———spheroidizing———pickling———phosphating———saponification———cold drawing———annealing———steel pipe general inspection———blank———soft grinding end face———chamfering———heat treatment———grinding end face———grinding outer diameter———rolling outer diameter———grinding groove———super-finishing groove
Inner ring processing
Steel billet storage———pickling———blank———hot penetration———blunt cold inspection———pickling——— Phosphating——Saponification——Cold drawing——Annealing——General inspection of steel pipes——Blanking——Soft grinding end face——Soft grinding outer diameter——Chamfering——Grooving——Heat treatment——Grinding end face——Grinding outer diameter——Rolling outer diameter——Grinding groove——Super finishing groove——Finishing outer diameter
Steel ball
Cage processing
Iron sheet storage——Blanking——Forming——Shaping
Dust cover processing
Iron sheet storage——Blanking——Typing——Forming——Shaping
After preparing the above five components, assemble them. The process is as follows:
(1) The four components of inner ring, outer ring, steel ball and cage are put into the semi-automatic bearing assembly line for initial assembly.
(2) The initially assembled bearing, seal ring and dust cover are put into the second assembly line to be assembled into finished bearings.
(3) Finished product inspection.
(4) Finished oil seal.
(5) Finished product storage.
