Product Introduction:

The rollers of cylindrical roller bearings have linear contact with the raceway,so the bearing can carry heavier radial load.

Normally these bearings can accommodate radial load only,none but single row bearings with ribs both on inner and outer rings can carry lighter axial load.

Such bearings need to be installed in the axial load of the host components, only in the same time using other types of bearings to bear the premise of axial load before use

Feature:

1. Roller and raceway are line contact or repair line contact, with large radial bearing capacity, suitable for bearing heavy load and impact load.

2. Small friction coefficient, suitable for high speed, the limit speed is close to the deep groove ball bearing.

3. The N and NU models can move in the axial direction, which can adapt to the change of the relative position between the shaft and the shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used as free end support.

4. High requirements for shaft or seat hole processing, bearing after installation of the outer ring axis relative deviation should be strictly controlled, so as not to cause contact stress concentration.

5. The inner ring or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
