When hot oil cleaning, oil temperature should not exceed 20 ℃. If using a direct flame heating, should be taken to prevent the oil burning, bearing to fly in the pan, sink to the bottom will cause overheating and reduce the hardness.
Second, kerosene cleaning method on the bearing kerosene soak for 5-10 minutes in one hand and pinch the inner ring, the outer ring is rotated the other hand, dry oil or rust-proof cream on the bearings will fall. Then the bearing into cleaner kerosene, with valuables scrub brush, wash the ball inside the crevice and oil, then put gasoline in washed once, after out on a clean sheet of paper. Radial insert ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings clean should the ball, bead frame, the inner and outer ring disengaged cleaning.
Mounted on the shaft bearing cleaning, mainly by pouring oil or grease gun spray method, easily washed off the oil after the first use of kerosene with gasoline; difficult cleansed of oil, first with hot oil leaching 100-200 ℃ or oil spray gun, and then clean gasoline. We must be careful not to use sharp tools on scratch bearings: a hard knot of grease or rust, so as not to damage the bearing rolling elements and parts of the ring groove finish, wash the bearing with a clean cloth.
